Current Events

Hello again,

Today let's talk about current events. My life consists of nothing but sleeping and watching tv. Probably because I'm a dog. So, I have been listening to things while laying around...like mom working on making money using her computer. Seems like she is working hard and not making as much as you would think but something is better than nothing. The news has some crazy stories..like the mom who wasn't happy with the 6 kids she had she had to go ahead and have 8 more. The plane crash in Buffalo over night and was sad and some of the interviews made mommy cry. Sad what the families have to go thru now. Tomorrow I get to go to the groomers so I will have to have mommy post a pic when Im done. I look kinda scraggly today, but I will be beautiful for Valentines Day.

Well now you know what I have been up too. I'm adding a recipe for you to make for your favorite dog for Valentines day. If you make it for them come back and tell me how your dog liked it. They are yummy.

Tuna Fudge Training Dog Treats
This is a wonderful training treat for dogs. It has the consistency of fudge so you can break off different sized pieces and the dogs can eat them quickly without a mess. It is also "smelly" so your dog can anticipate the treat! You must store it in the refrigerator or freezer.

25 min 5 min prep
1 pan
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna (do not drain)
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer until well blended.
Spread mixture into a greased 9x9 cake pan.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Store in refrigerator or freeze.

Have a Happy Friday and remember to wear red to today to support our miltary !!

Im wearing red and Im crabby

So today mom wrote about being red for women so I thought I would give you a recipe I seen when she was looking for something healthy to make for dinner. It seems from listening to her that it is hard to find normal healthy food recipes. Something that everyone including my teenage boy will eat that isnt fancy or have weird have to run out and buy them ingredients. Anyway, I thought this sounded good and since I'm kinda crabby today since I have to get my bath it seemed kind of appropriate. Remember to wear your red today I am. Today Im sporting my red sweater mom made me. Ill see if I can get her to take a picture by looking all cute.

Bye for now,
Aliza

Hello human people

Hello,
My name is Aliza and I am a Yorkshire Terrior. I am all of 2 and 1/2lbs and I am my mommy's baby. My main job is to keep mommy company while she blogs and does email and surfs the net. I keep her feet warm. But I thought maybe I would sneak on here from time to time and tell you my adventures and my problems and some hidden gems mom tells me about to keep secret like free things she comes across or great buys, just don't tell her I am gonna do that. Ok, well she is on her way back so I will get off here for now. Check back and I will post things as I am allowed to sneak some computer time.
